My commitment is to the working people. I represent people and small-business owners in a variety of legal matters that affect daily life. After 30 years of legal practice, I have extensive experience in handling the negotiation and litigation of simple and complex legal matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, criminal defense, personal injury, contract disputes, bankruptcy, estate planning, probate and general civil litigation.
My Approach
I am an attorney who seeks negotiation and resolution of legal disputes in an efficient manner. I will not prolong or inflame a legal dispute for the sake of pride or profit. I attempt to achieve the best possible result for each client through the most effective and efficient means possible.
There are, however, cases which require litigation to protect the rights of a client. In divorce cases, for example, there are husbands and wives who are sometimes unreasonable. In criminal cases, there may be a prosecutor who takes an extremely hard-line approach. In these situations, I never hesitate to take a case to trial to protect the rights of a client. I am reasoned and rational in my approach to the law, but I am passionately defensive of clients' rights and never reluctant to fight for a client's best interests.
