Welcome to my website. I work for working people and small businesses. I have been honored to be the attorney and counselor for thousands of people in my three decades of service to the working people of Wisconsin. I represent people throughout the Madison Metro area and all of Southwestern Wisconsin, including the counties of Dane, Dodge, Jefferson, Sauk, Columbia, Iowa, Rock and Green. I view my work as not only a job, and not only a profession, but a mission. My mission is to provide the "unbeatable combination of price and quality" for legal services in all the areas in which I practice. My staff and I are dedicated to providing cost effective solutions to the legal problems facing our clients.
I am an attorney for the working man. I am a general practitioner with the ability to handle most legal needs that affect people in their daily lives. At my office in Madison, I offer a wide range of legal services, including:

When people retain my office to handle their legal matter, they receive quality legal services from a dedicated attorney. I handle each case from beginning to end, and I make myself available to clients to answer their questions. I educate clients about the legal process, and I keep clients informed about important updates in their cases.
After 30 years of practice, I have gained tremendous experience as a negotiator and trial lawyer. I have significant litigation experience in handling divorce cases as well as general civil law cases, including personal injury, construction defects litigation, contract disputes and other general litigation matters. I represent plaintiffs and defendants in litigation, but I do not represent big insurance companies. I work for people and small-business owners.
